How do I collect signatures from a group with one link?

Make a shared signing link for a document with a signer box per person. Paste it into the group; whoever opens it gives their name, claims the next free box and signs on their phone.

Shared links suit registers, attendance sheets and a stokvel constitution's signature page, where you do not know in advance who will sign. The link closes on the day you choose, and you can take a signature off a box if the wrong person claimed it.

A shared link collects signatures, not a whole form. To have people complete a form each, send it for completion instead.
