What is a template in DocFilla?

A template is a form you keep to send again and again. You fill in your part once; every person you send it to gets their own copy with your part locked, completes the rest, and the completed copy comes back to your Documents.

Make a template from a document you have already scanned, or upload a fresh form on My Templates. Decide which fields are yours and which are theirs; theirs are required by default and can be made optional one by one.

Templates suit anyone who sends the same form to many people: estate agents with FICA packs, landlords with lease applications, employers with onboarding packs, stokvel treasurers with membership forms.
