How long do you keep my files?

By default a downloaded document is deleted 24 hours later. You can delete it right away, or keep it. Change the default in Settings.

The choices are: delete right away after download, after 24 hours, after 7 days, or keep until you delete it. A document in progress stays until you delete it. Deleting a document removes the file and every answer with it.

Deleting your account removes your documents, saved details, audit trail and login at once.
