Do you use my documents to train AI?

No. Your documents and details are used only to fill your own forms. They are never sold, shared or used for training.

The AI model that reads a form sees the blank page's printed layout, or an image of a scanned page, for the moment it takes to work out which question each blank belongs to. Under DocFilla's agreement with its AI provider, data sent through the API is not used to train models.

Ask Doccy, which explains wording you highlight, sends only the highlighted words and the document's name.
