Which file types work?

PDF, JPG and PNG up to 25 MB (20 MB in the free trial). Photos of paper forms are wrapped into a PDF automatically.

A photo from a phone works best when the page fills the frame, the light is even and the camera is square to the paper. HEIC photos from iPhones are converted on the way in.

Multi-page forms should be one PDF rather than several photos, so the pages stay in order and details entered once appear on every page that repeats them.
